Tunis Treatment Center: A CNMSS unit providing initial consultations for the benefit of the athletes, members of the various sports clubs.

Four regional centers in Sousse, Monastir, Sfax, Nabeul, Kef and Gafsa. These centers give basic preventive and curative care to athletes. Eight doctors practice full-time in the different centers with the collaboration of 9 physiotherapists and 6 nurses.

In some centers there are conventions with specialists, notably in cardiology and orthopedics.
